This image is observed by the combination of dark field and polarization microscopy. In the legs, muscles are looked white. Usually, the combination of these microscopies causes the decrease in brightness. However, using an LED illuminator kit for Olympus BH-2, brightness is twice the original illuminator so you can take pictures without problems.
