　暗視野プレートの改良を行いました。暗視野プレートの反射を抑える加工を行い、背景が明るくなる現象を抑えました。写真にすると分かりにくいですが、改良版とオリジナル版では目に見えて背景の色が異なります。背景が黒くなったことで露光時間も変わり二段ほど暗くなりました。サンプルの二枚の写真は同じ露光時間で撮影しています。背景からの光がなくなったのでコントラストも上がっていると思います。3000円で販売しています。ご用命の際は連絡フォームからご連絡ください。
　被写体はイカダモの仲間のCoelastrum microporumです。8, 16, 32個の細胞が群体を作っています。雨水から培養しました。雨水に1.5%の食塩を加えて培養したものです。耐塩性があるようです。背景に見える方向が水面に当たります。何か細胞外に膜状のものを出して容器の壁面や水面に貼りつきます。

The subject is Coelastrum microporum, a kind of Scenedesmus. 8, 16, and 32 cells form a coenobium. Cultured from rainwater. Rainwater is cultured with 1.5% salt added. It seems to be salt resistant. The direction seen in the background is the water surface. Take something out of the cell and stick it to the wall or water surface of the container.
