スライドガラスに黒と白のアクリル絵の具を塗り、その上にサンプルを置いて観察しました。
背景を白にしたらだいぶ見え方が変わりました。
背景が黒いとフラッシュ撮影のように写るようです。
今後、背景の色をいろいろ変えて試してみようと思います。
I changed the background because the appearance of epi-illumination observation was dark.
The glass slide was painted with black and white acrylic paint, and the sample was placed on top of it and observed.
If you set the background to white, the appearance changed a lot.
When the background is black, it looks like flash photography.
In the future, I will try changing the background color.

パンケーキのような地衣類が集まっていました。背景を白にすると実際の色に近い写真が撮れました。

表面に藻類が生えてきたので顕微鏡で観察してみました。

緑色の単細胞の藻類が観察できました。細胞はしわになっていて乾燥状態で頑張っているようです。Green single-cell algae could be observed. The cells are wrinkled and seem to work hard in a dry state.
