 暗視野観察の背景に色をつけてみました。像の色に影響することなく背景に色を付けることができました。特殊な遮光板で実現しています。この遮光板は販売したいと思います。今はOlympus CH2の標準コンデンサー用のみ完成しています。他のコンデンサー用は順次開発予定です。ご要望ございましたら連絡フォームよりお知らせください。

ツリガネムシを観察しました。背景の色が異なると印象が大きく変わります。ツリガネムシや付着している水草の色は背景色の影響を受けていません。背景が明るいと観察が楽しくなります。

I observed the Vorticella. The impression changes greatly when the background color is different. The color of the Vorticella and attached water plants is not affected by the background color. A bright background makes the observation fun.
