本日のおかずのアカメバルの歯です。落射暗視野観察しました。細かい歯が何重にもびっしり生えていました。歯茎というか顎の骨の内部に赤い色素があります。なんですかね？黒い方のメバルも見てみようと思います。煮付けにした後なのでアーティファクトの可能性もあります。骨が固くて身が少ない魚ですが美味しかったです。
Today's main dish, red rockfish teeth. I observed the epi-dark field. There were many layers of fine teeth. There is a red pigment inside the gums or jaw bones. What is it? I will also take a look at the black rockfish. Since it has been boiled, it may be an artifact. It was a fish with hard bones and little body, but it was delicious.
