微分干渉観察したヒトの血球細胞です。漫画、アニメの「はたらく細胞」のおかげで血球細胞がメジャーな存在になりました。こちらがリアル血球細胞です。やや赤みのある丸い細胞は赤血球です。繊維状のものはフィブリンです。出血時に血液を凝固させて止血する役目があります。フィブリンに赤血球が絡まっています。その間をマクロファージが動き回っています。出血後慌てて撮影したのでセンサーのゴミを取り除けませんでした。普段からきれいにしておかないといけませんね。Zeiss AxioskopはLED化していないので微分干渉観察には光量不足でした。LED化を検討してみます。
